banana, mandarin, orange - 3 types of fruits with peels.
for the project the fruits were peeled and enclosed by a layer of silicon, which has the same surface like the original fruit. the peels got replaced by their silicon copies.
the inside of the fruits slowly started to rot, a process which could be watched in it's details, thanks to the almost transparent shell.
in the end, there was nothing left inside except for some colored leftovers sticking to the silicon. the rest first liquefied and then - vanished.
